An inspiring learner-driven, micro-school where learners work in a self-directed, self-paced, mastery-based environment that focuses on leadership, character development, and entrepreneurship. Daily Socratic discussions and the Socratic method are used by Guides full-time for ages 8+, fostering independent critical thinking, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills. Gamified hands-on projects, called Quests, expose learners to real-life applicability of science, history, geography, culture, and civilization. Our studios function as a mini-civil society, where learners organize and manage their community by forming their own government, guardrails, and consequences, which are voted on and enforced by the learners themselves. Our model and process focus on growth in real-world skills while setting the academic standards at mastery to ensure each child is prepared to pursue any calling they choose.
